Youth Strength And Coaching In Midland

Youth Strength And Conditioning

Empowering every child and teen to live active, healthy, and movement-rich lives.

Imagine a better future for your kids, where they feel the freedom and fearlessness to engage with the world throughout their entire lives. Kids are often caught between increasingly competitive organized sports, sedentary lifestyles, and lack of general physical activity. At CrossFit Jack Pine, our Youth Coaches are all Professional Youth Coach Certified and focus on helping all kids have a win in every single class. That could mean mastering a new movement or skill, attempting a new challenge, or connecting with peers. Find out how we can help your child today!

Why Youth Strength And Conditioning?

Today’s kids are increasingly pressured to join highly competitive sports, specialize early, and perform under high levels of pressure. Additionally, kids who are not engaged in organized sports may feel disempowered from participating in athletic pursuits. Our program is designed for all youth regardless of athletic performance and experience. Each class is designed to keep kids engaged while teaching them proper movement technique and creating a broad athletic foundation. In addition to learning new skills, you will notice your child/teen has greater self-confidence, is more focused in school, transitions to new sports more easily, and has a reduced risk of sport-related injury.
